WHAT IS A GIFT CARD?

HOW DOES IT WORK?
The card is an electronic prepaid stored-value money card. It is a convenient means of payment you can use in shops of Forum Koszalin – where MasterCard payments are accepted. The card can be loaded only once. You can use it until its value is exhausted or the card expires (12 months after the purchase).
WHERE CAN I BUY THE GIFT CARD?
The card can be purchased at Forum Koszalinadministration office and online.
We kindly inform that the administration office (level 1) is open from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m till 5 p.m.
When you buy the card, you only pay its value, that is, an amount from 30 to 1000 PLN. You can pay for it with cash, by card or by a bank transfer. No additional fees are included. The card becomes operational within 30 minutes of its purchase.
When the “Shipping” option is selected, the gift card issuer, EML Payments Europe Ltd., sends the cards through its office in Ireland. Depending on the payment method, the waiting time for delivery can be up to 3 weeks.
We recommend using the Click & Collect option. This way you will receive a special code by e-mail and the cards will be ready for collection from the administration office in our shopping center once the payment has been credited to the operator’s account (usually the next working day).
